Timed Self Portrait: The Swimmer

My two photos per week were taken on the same day. Before and after I went for a swim at Western’s Recreation Centre pool. Over the course of the last few months, along with growing more fit from working out again after Covid times, the restrictions around coming to the pool changed gradually as well.
I included videos of my previous races, and of underwater technique analysis to give context and demonstrate my experience as a swimmer.
